Mill Creek Advisory was founded by Paul Wood, a seasoned transformation, portfolio, and delivery leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations prioritize, plan, and execute their most important strategic initiatives.

Paul has built his career at the intersection of strategy, business operations, technology delivery, and organizational change. He has led major transformation programs, modernized PMO, portfolio, and product functions, and partnered closely with executive teams to strengthen the operating rhythms that drive execution. His experience spans healthcare, financial services, supply chain, defense, professional services, and technology-enabled businesses, giving him the ability to quickly understand new environments and tailor solutions that work in real-world, cross-functional settings.
